Construction

We use aluminium profiles specially designed for sliding swimming pool enclosures. The profiles come from renowned aluminium presses. The main producer is the Swedish  company SAPA Aluminum (plants in Sweden and Poland). The design solutions used in the IPC Team system – particularly the double walls hiding most of the rivets and bolts, automatic anchorage system, end wall solutions with hinged lower sections, very flat, low and elegant ground rails, automatic segment movement with remote control, and the attractive appearance of the end product – place our products among the best in Europe.

Mobile swimming pool enclosures are constructed with telescopic sliding segments. Depending on the option chosen, the segments may be moved independently in both directions or as a single synchronized telescopic system. We offer a wide variety of enclosure shapes, profile colours, polycarbonate panel colours, sliding systems and anchoring systems.

The framework of the structure consists of aluminium profiles. The aluminium construction can be fitted out with coloured or clear transparent material: twin-walled, triple-walled or single-walled (solid) polycarbonate panels.

Enclosures are fitted with 10mm thick polycarbonate panels (solid, twin-walled or triple-walled). There are six colours of transparent polycarbonate available: clear, green, light blue, blue, milky and brown. Customers often choose 4mm thick solid polycarbonate panels which have clear glass optical properties.

Sliding systems consist of polyamide rollers with stainless steel bearings. Segments of the enclosures slide on ground rails or directly over the ground

We are particularly proud of our excellent super flat KOMFORT ground rails. As well as having an exceptionally elegant appearance, out of all the models available in Europe they provide the highest degree of safety for persons walking around the pool. Tiny grooves on the surface help prevent slipping
